I was very pleased with the size and how easy it was to set the chair up. I am not happy with the fact that there is definitely something wrong with the left wheel. It is definitely rubbing on something and is not rolling freely like the right side. I don’t seem to be getting much help resolving this issue.

1st time wheelchair use

The only downside I’ve noticed is the wheelchair won’t go over a normal threshold in a doorway, which is a bit of a problem exiting the house. Maybe a common problem for wheelchairs? It’s comfortable and seems to be well made. Haven’t been out and about in the neighborhood yet - wondering how it will do on curbs.

Wheelchair is well made. Sturdy and easy to use. Unfortunately no manual was included and the one available on line is outdated as the company has added some items that make it easier to set up, but again no available document to help the end user to set it up. It was however easy to figure it out. This wheelchair will serve my needs very well.
