Beautiful ring but broken and terrible customer service
This is the most beautiful ring ever and for a month it was absolutely great! Unfortunately the flower has since come off (always taken off for showering, washing hands, washing up etc) I contacted the company who said there was absolutely nothing they could do as they don’t refund for wear and tear! I don’t believe the flower coming off after only a month of wearing on low impact activities is wear and tear but instead, a poor quality product! Such a shame as it’s beautiful but I’m jus very upset by the customer service
