Cardboard delivery package came banged up but the product and wooden box it came with had no scratches or dents! The chain was gorgeous and my boyfriend loved it<3

The box arrived broken and no response to my emails asking for a replacement, especially after paying $80 for it… After four months and lots of nagging, they finally send a new non broken box

I ordered this necklace as a gift for my boyfriend. The box was damaged on arrival, but the necklace itself was in great condition. The product is exactly as described, but the packaging could have been better.
