Excellent DVD on wrestling defence by world champ Kyle Dake. Dake does a first class job in covering defence to single, low single, high crotch and double as a well as the front headlock and 2 on1 positions. The only omission which comes to mind is the high single but that should not stop you buying the DVD. A must have from one of the best in the world.

The best Defensive technique in the sport of wrestling and his execution and explaining is brilliant. And that’s why his a World Champion!!!

Really good instructional video for defending shots in various positions

The video qualities are clear and sound quality is good too. Dake covers most of his go-to positions and explains them thoroughly. I really like Dake’s wrestling style so these videos were really helpful to me.
