Ethiopia Sidama Dark

This batch seems to be more of a medium roast than a dark roast. My previous was spot on, however this one, although not bad as is, is not as good. This is the 2nd batch like this i have received, not sure if thy changed roasters or maybe roasting times.

Good coffee normallya five star, however it seems like the last two batches i received are not as dark roasted, more in-between a medium and dark roast.
