ROHO Quadtro Select Mid Profile Cushion

It was great but unfortunately didn’t work for my elderly mom! Service delivery packing was all wonderful

Took a while to get it adjusted. I think it is ok now. Directions are not as clear as they could be. When the techs are done writing the directions, they should give the cushion and directions to someone who is totally unfamliar with the product and see how they do. I am much more comfortable in the wheel chair than I was.

I have a love/hate relationship with Roho and their faulty valves. When they work, they are great. But then they leak and are not repairable. However, this company was excellent. Quick turn around on my order and well packed. I will definitely use this company for future orders.
