I’ve given this cushion a positive rating because my wife’s tailbone area is extremely sensitive, so any new seating surface has to be introduced very gradually. She has worked up to using it for about 15 minutes each hour. Progress has been slow, but it has been steady and encouraging. With patience and continued use, we’re optimistic she’ll be able to increase her sitting time comfortably.

Not sure. There seems to be more pressure than needs to be. It actually was uncomfortable to sit on after a couple of hours.
