Inspire Very High Protein (35g) Shake Meal Replacement by Bariatric Eating - Vanilla

I really like the taste but I like it better with a cup of black coffee to give it a coffee flavor. They keep me full the shakes. I just wish they had a little healthier ingredients in the shakes. But for my weight loss journey they are perfect for now.

Great Product

This shake is really filling and helps me stay full for hours. I like the vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. The vanilla is great on its own or you can use a blender, some ice and add fruit. I've also added strawberries to the chocolate one. YUM! The strawberry one is my new favorite. The fact that you only need water and a shaker bottle is really helpful when I don't have access to a refrigerator during the day. I plan to order more soon!
