Disappointing

I was very excited when I ordered the link chain and River Pearl. Unfortunately both were underwhelming when I received them. The Pearl looks fake (as if it was painted with nail polish) and the link chain is much smaller than it appeared in the advertisements. The chain is extremely difficult to unfasten and re fasten especially when trying to attach the pearl. I bought this set as a birthday gift to myself but will rarely be able to use it due to the difficulty. Francesca's customer service is excellent, but it is really let down by the quality of the product.

Incredible value. I wanted a large charm to match the earrings and to go on a chain I already owned and wanted to wear for sentimental reasons. This met the brief perfectly.
