Best Customer service

I’ve purchased rods from bakers gas before and love them. I ordered two different types this last time. Somewhere in the delivery circle the mail tore the box and lost one of the containers of rods. I contacted Bakers gas and had a great experience with them. I had the other rods in two days. I’m not spending hundreds of dollars with them yet they still treated me like a big time customer.
