One small change would make this the perfect pack.

The new backpack is amazing. Definitely seems more durable than the last version. My kid is very happy with the design. The only critique he had is the shoulder strap headphone jack is a little out dated it would be better if it had a USB port to charge his phone. As a parent, I feel much better about sending my kid to school and around town with some protection.

Attractive Grear quality too bulky for everyday

This is a great backpack, I can’t use it however. I walk everywhere and it is bulky and heavy. Doesn’t seem to fit much even with all the pockets. Sadly disappointed. Wish I could exchange. It is attractive and functional for the right user.
