Works reasonably well

Like most products associated with hearing aids, the Streamline Mic provides a degree of benefit that is short of normal hearing. On the plus side, it has surprisingly good range. My Signia aids receive the signal with the mic up to 100 feet away (outside, without obstructions. Otherwise, it has the common limitations of hearing aids. Despite marketing hype about noise reduction, it tends to amplify the sounds you want to hear over those you don't want to hear. Again like hearing aids, it's fond of hyper-amplifying swishing and clicking sounds. I would buy one again, but potential purchasers should not put their hopes too high.

Nice unit. Way cheaper here than on eBay. Had an issue as only one aid would pair at a time but my tech person sorted it out. Smaller than I expected.
