Phonak TV Connector

Phonak TV connector difficult to set up.

I purchased this connector because I wanted sound to directly from the TV to my Phonak hearing aids. However, it was very difficult to set up even after reading the instructions and watching a number of videos. The optical cable that comes with the connector is really difficult to connect to the TV since it's very small and only goes in one way. Also, the instructions do not give any information about how to connect the TV connector if you have a soundbar. After a lot of frustration and trying different options, I finally got it working to my satisfaction.
