Shipping is horrible and processing time toom way to long. I have ordered for years and it took almost 2 weeks for me to get my product. Should offer other shipping options as this took way to long.

Hello, to whom it may concern. I ordered some ink and when I received the package, it came with the wrong ink for my printer. I have a (8550 eco) none of the printer numbers matched on the ink boxes and also. the package came 2 weeks after the original date it was supposed to come. I have already reached out and sent a message through e mail a few weeks ago. I also sent a picture of the wrong ink boxes that was sent to me I haven't received any response back yet, on what do from here, Can someone please help me thanks,

The ink is amazing but the customer service is nonexistent. The shipping times are also pretty ridiculous. I ordered my ink june 23 paying the $13 shipping, it said it would be delivered june 30, i didnt get it until July 9. When emailing the company regarding status or a question there was zero response.
