Versatile shape and length, razor sharp, some flex, and a modified bolster that chefs can pinch grip for fancy knife work (not me). It's like a German car with Italian style and Japanese performance. Chicken, vegetables, fish, meat, fruit, nothing it cannot do in a very sharp and precise manner. It reminds me of Japanese knives (shape and feel).
