i now have 2 of these wonderful scissors. Amazingly sharp, easy to clean since they can be separated - they may go to and probably use them everythng. Just yesterday I had 2 cooked chicken thighs in a glass bowl. Decided not to bother with a cutting board and used the scissors to cut the of the bowl without toughing the meat or bowl (basically widening the blade, and close them. Chicken was chopped perfectly in the correct size) no mess and poured them in my salad. When I received this order, I threw away my 2 other scissors that no longer worked well.

this and my cutting board, yes, not my chef knife, are the two most reached for and used tools in my kitchen… the Shun replaced a well used Kitchen Aid shear and will likely replacing all of the other kitchen scissors in the drawers. Well made, ergonomic, sharp.
