Swiss Classic 4" Spear Tip Paring Knife by Victorinox

Best paring knife I've ever used--and I'm old!

'Way back in 2001, in Hong Kong, I bought a Victorinox paring knife. I've used it ever since as my go-to knife for small jobs in the kitchen. Then it somehow disappeared from the knife drawer. So after a lot of searching, I did the only thing I could--I ordered a replacement. Since that original knife was still going strong after 25 years, I expect this one will last out my lifetime, unless I lose it. If that happens, I'll order another. The knife is excellent, and the price is right.
