Wrong order unable to resolve

There was a mistake with my order and I reached out to the company 3 times online and 4 times via email and have never heard back from anyone. It’s impossible to speak to a person if you have a problem. It’s a shame because until my last order I was very happy with Nutricost. Because I can’t seem to resolve this issue I will not be ordering from them again.
