A useful tool! Removed the malfunctioning snap with ease! Works on a variety of snap sizes too. I will be using snaps for more projects knowing I have a successful way to fix mistakes.

I tried using pliers, staple remover and wire cutters. None of these worked. :( These small pieces of magic did the trick in very little effort. I should never had waited to order but so glad I did and thankful that they were invented.
