Love my Radius tools. So comfortable to use.. However, two have broken and been replaced with courtesy and speed by just submitting a photo. I appreciate their business ethic. I recommend this company to all my gardening colleagues.

A company that stands behind their product as stated a decade later

Back in 2009 I purchased the Ergonomic Cultivator and it has since been used in multiple gardens over the last decade. Recently one of the prongs broke off. I went online at this time to determine what the process was for the lifetime warranty. First and foremost I could bring it to a local store and swap out if it was still available. Unfortunately the item was not available at the store only via an online order. Upon contacting the company they easily offered me an option to have a replacement sent for a reasonable shipping charge. The new item has arrived and we are good to go again. I also need to mention that I had purchased two additional ergonomic tools at the same time in 2009 and the same 3 items also for my mother all of which are in perfect working order. These are well made tools and the companies backing of their product would put them at the top of my list for future tool needs. Thank you Radius!
