Infant Car Seat and Bassinet Rain Cover

Great cover

This net/cover was great for allowing air in and bugs out. A little challenging to connect the first time. It folds up easily into the brim of the infant car shade.

Necessary if a sports Mom!!!

Extremely convenient. Especially when yourt newborn sleeps majority of the time. She was so cozy and dry the entire time and it did not get too hot in there for her.

While the product itself is very good the customer service has been abysmal. Before purchasing we spoke at length with Chrissie (customer service) about a travel bag for the car seat and were assured it would be released before the end of the year. As a back up we were assured the current travel bag would be in stock…after chasing we have been told neither of these would be in stock until spring and that we should find an off-brand bag. In addition, a month after we purchased the full travel system Orbit released a new car seat with many upgrades and this was not mentioned to us at all on the call. We asked if we could return the seat and buy the new version (well within the 60 day window) but we were told we cannot return the seat without the box which we had sent to recycling. The ‘risk free return’ is nonsense do not be fooled. All Orbit were willing to do was to give us a small discount (15%) on a purchase of a new $480 seat. This has been a hugely disappointing experience
