Purchased for my father-in-law (along with the after shave splash, to wean him off his Aqua-Velva. He loves the fragrance and the products.

The dispenser jams

While I do love the balm itself, I’ve now consistently found that the dispenser jams, and I’m not able to get any of the balm out without making a mess. I brought the first bottle back, and the staff at Kent were kind enough to give me a replacement. Since then, I’ve purchased a refill and after not much use, I’m running into the same problem. I’ve tried rinsing and using a toothpick to dislodge dried up balm, but to no avail. This is so frustrating because I think the product is great. But if I can’t get it out of the bottle, then it’s useless.
