Inspire Protein Soup by Bariatric Eating - Cream of Mushroom

This is a tasty soup I can throw together for lunch on days when I'm busy or just want something cozy and comforting.

Great taste. Easy to make. Good meal replacement

Great taste but a little extra calories compared to others with a lower calorie count which is likely the result of the taste. The less water you use the more defined the taste. Although when you use less water it is prone to caking as eventually it reaches a saturation point. If you want more flavor try using a chicken or beef broth instead of water. All preference really. If it weren't for the calorie count this would be 5 stars.

Tasty

I originally tried the other mushroom soup that had little chunks because I didn't see this one. Although that one was delicious, this one was much better for my full liquid diet.
