Smoked Pork Sausage

Never had a breakfast sausage like this until last Thanksgiving, but it has quickly become a favorite staple in my house

I've never had breakfast sausage like this before. It is not greasy at all, but is still full of flavor. My favorite way to have it is to put it on sweet Hawaiian rolls for breakfast, that's how they serve it at the store.
