My dancer’s favorite

A firm elastic but not too wide. Holds shoes to feet snugly without chaffing or irritations. Easy to sew. Once it is scorched (to prevent any possible fraying) it doesn't budge. My dancer had experimented with other elastics but this is her favorite 😍
