Pure Skagit Lazar Line

I have been using Lazar line on a couple of my rods. Initially I wasn’t a big fan of mono mainly because of grip.I don’t fish much with the lazar line but I practice with my Spey rods 3 days a week. The Lazar line has held up remarkably well in saltwater conditions. I live by the ocean and there is a bay with a flats style area that’s perfect for practice. The line has low memory so I never have tangle issues. I also like the way mono shoots. I will continue to use Lazar lines

Great stuff

Since I first put Lazar Line on a Hatch Finatic 4+ reel for my Sage 9-1/2 ft single handed 5 wt, I realized how effortless it makes shooting line. I've converted two of the reels with my latest purchase, but have not fished them yet. The green 40 lb test went on my Hatch Iconic 7 plus reel which I intend to fish on the Salmon River in NY in April and the pink 50 lb test went on my Hatch Iconic 9 plus reel which I intend to fish on the Cinder River in Alaska in July.
