These taste a little different than they did about 5 years ago, not as potent a flavor of the actual bar itself. And although I do notice milk increase, the effect is no where near what it use to be a few years ago. I’m not sure if the formula has changed any over the last few years, but it use to have a much better effect when I used before.

Great, delicious & they work!

These are tasty treat and have helped my lactation. They do have that interesting fenugreek taste but they are yummy compared to other products. I like to keep them in the freezer.
