These treats are delicious and dependable. I bought these and the lactation tea when I needed to boost my supply and I was very happy with the results. Every few weeks my supply drops (usually due to fatigue) and I have treats on hand to get back to where I need to be.

I truly love these treats. Other than the high content on fats which I gotta watch on or else they sneak up on you. Very tasty I like to enjoy them with my tea.

Definitely helps

Its helping me keep a flow..I don't have a lot of out put when pumping. I'm solely breastfeeding.. my baby is a month old and its hard to get on a pumping schedule.They taste sweet and I love the texture it's great that it's gluten free and vegan.. I ordered another round and the lactation tea the chia spice.. hoping this will up my flow even more.
