I call this a "horizontal" neck strap because that is the way the camera hangs. It attaches onto both lugs with 1/2" split rings (or optional attach strings). They are $36 without any accessories.

Great strap. Exactly what I needed, I prefer a shorter strap and this is the perfect length for my Canonet ql17. Will definitely order more straps in the future
