Excellent customer service

When I ordered my milestone block, there was a small glitch. I emailed customer service to see about sending a new block (I was more than willing to pay). They responded very quickly, apologizing for the mistake (things happen!) and quickly shipped another block with the correction; no charge. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!
