great product!!

Overall, I am good with how this came out. There are, however, a couple of things that would have taken this rating from a 3 to a 5. First, it doesn’t look like oak to me. It looks more like pine. I had a couple wood working professionals look at it - they are refinishing my oak kitchen table - and they agreed. As a result, to me, the wall does not coordinate with the rest of my furnishings as well as I pictured in my head. Second, there were way too many small pieces in my order. This makes the wall look like patchwork and that was not the statement I was trying to make. There were only 4 large pieces in my order and the rest were, in my opinion, too short to work with. I think the wall would look a lot better if there were larger pieces. Finally, the quality of the wood is nice and it was pretty easy to install. It also cut very nice.

Hello Ashley, We love the look of the boards and are really happy with the various colors of the boards. We are currently about 90% done with our installation and so far everything is working out great. However, we are rating the product with 4 stars only because some of the widths of some boards are not exactly equal to other boards so when they are installed side to side, they don't match so at the row above or below the mis-matched boards, a small gap occurs. There were about 15% of the boards which did not align with others. So we are using these boards at the "ripped" areas (above and below the windows, above the slider door, and above the soffit opening). Also, during installation, we were looking to install more long boards in certain areas but were only allotted about 8 long boards which accounted for about 15% of the material. We understand the board lengths are probably determined on the stock available. All in all, a great product, we will probably order some more for another room in the future. Thank you, A & L
