The product was not overall in good shape: many cracked pieces that could not be used we were lucky to have enough even we used a waste factor when ordering

Darker than pics

Get a sample before ordering… this was dark brown. I exchanged for a different color and customer service was helpful

We liked the product and it was easy to use. We did not expect the product to have so many holes in it. Understanding its real wood and expected some variety. The sample didn't have any holes. Also, the sample seemed a very different color than the lot we received. In fact its quite noticeable in pictures which one is the sample compared to the rest. So we were a bit surprised by the color we received.
