I needed to exchange this item from a 3rd party vendor and they were able to help me and exchange the item. Customer service was outstanding and will definitely do business with again.

Superb design , fit, and quality....with one major flaw!

Out of the box this vest is stellar. Well made, warm, doesn't ride up. Fits perfectly, I'm 511 x 165 and a Med is spot on. Zipper is well executed. Sadly, there is a serious seam/design flaw under arm near the lat muscle group. After only two consecutive 3 hour sessions it opened up huge rub rash raw skin. Ono offered to take back ,repair, replace, refund.
