I love these vitamins. Not only the fact that they make it easier for me to get all the nutrients I need with less individual pills, but the fact that I am a regular platelet donor and need extra iron. With BariatricPal Multivitamin One, I can choose the formula with the extra amount of iron "I" do need. Highly recommend!!!!!

New mint flavoring to capsules is gross!

They added a "Minty enhancement" that is disgusting. After Bariatric surgery, my tolerance for any kind of mint products declined. Adding the mint flavoring to a capsule was very unpleasant. Unfortunately I bought a year's worth. Had I known how it made me nauseous after taking it, I never would have bought that. Otherwise, the vitamin was fine and had the same doses as the ones without mint. I won't be purchasing this one in the future. So if you don't tolerate mint, like me, opt for the ones without!

Tastes good. I feel so much better taking the right vitamins. Delivery was fairly quick. Shipping was expensive.
