An Absolute Work of Art

This is the type of jacket that was intended to be worn day in and day out, to provide a sense of class, importance, and comfort in a generally rough setting (Naval Carrier Aviation), and so, you sort of start to live in it. I cannot begin to describe just how intelligently the jacket's sections are cut for flexibility and how simple, but intuitive, the features of the jacket are. The stomach utility pocket are enormous, have hand-insert pockets behind them, and are placed perfectly for both purposes. The interior lining and the cuffs are hyper comfortable. Like a good pair of glasses, sometimes I forget I have the jacket on, which should speak volumes to the level of comfort it brings to the table. This is a jacket that feels like it's a natural extension of your body. By far my favorite thing about this jacket, something that continually manages to amaze me despite having worn it frequently for months now, is how sections of the jacket like the cuffs or behind the arms, fold / accordion in and out to move with you as you stretch. That allows the jacket to retain its silhouette without use of elastic, and that is such an undervalued feature in Men's jackets these days. I realized after wearing this jacket, that all of my other clothing was either baggily cut or was box cut to achieve comfort, or worse, wasn't cut for comfort. This flight jacket is straight out of a sartorial lineup, and is truly made for the human form. It's got a brilliant look that veers toward vintage. The dye rides the line so well between black and brown leather jackets that it essentially reigns supreme over both categories -- yet another way that this jacket makes itself a timeless staple in my wardrobe and makes me feel immune to trends. I typically wear it with the fur collar detached and with the front unzipped. It instantly evokes a suave and capable character. I can't stress enough how much this jacket has become my favorite clothing item. I find excuses to wear it.

I love this jacket. It is my go-to. It keeps me warm from the cold wind, The fit is perfect and the arm's moveability is excellent especially when wearing it in a vehicle. A classic look!
