Dogs love them and 1 feel good about their source. My dogs are 45 and 55 pounds poodles - not super big jaws and I don’t think these treats last much longer than 8.0 minutes - so the price per chomp is my only gripe. Great for the occasional treat though.

My CEO - a rescue who has developed a gourmet palate thanks to eating a mostly BARF diet - LOVES Great Dog's Bison Scaps. She's a a type called Mountain Feist, but happens to be a cross between an Australian Blue Heeler and Rat Terrier. She looks like a short-haired fox from a good distance, and she's quite opinionated about food. The Scaps are nutritious and safe treats. She's been allowed only one since they arrived as we're going to get a dremel tool (purported to cut scaps quite easily) as my frozen food knife doesn't make a dent. For my dog - about 30 pounds - they need to be cut in half or thirds, depending on size, as my CEO will continue to gnaw until the scap is all yummy in her tummy. The "rationing" is both for her weight and my budget. But several cheers to Big Dog Company - I have total confidence in the quality and the safety of their Bison Scaps.
