3 weeks ago I ordered my 3rd heater from you. The first 2 heaters are great so I ordered a 3rd. The 3rd heater came from the factory with 7 missing parts. Not my fault, your fault. And yet I get a response like it was somehow my fault and it took 3 weeks and 15 emails to finally get the missing parts. What kind of service is that? You should be ashamed of yourself. You can't run a company like that. I'm Disappointed. Ray

Actually, I can't really say anything about the heater, yet. It's still in its box waiting for a chance to be installed. What I can say is the purchase experience was great. It showed up in record time and in perfect condition.

Unit was easy to install and fired up on the 3rd strike of the igniter. Simply, compact, and heats well.
