Custom True North Word Bracelet

I dont like the way it feels , I am replacing a date bracelet, but you dint offer it with the button closure anymore. At the suggestion of your representative I ordered this one . The bracelet is fine, I just dont line the fit. Not sure why the button closure isn’t available kn the date bracelet

Custom word bracelet

The custom word bracelet was a little bigger than expected. If it were slimmer it may be better. It seems a little clunky. Maybe if it had rounded edges it would seem less so. However, I have purchased many products from this company and I love them as do my friends. The customer service is top notch and quick to respond. The notifications are on point. As a whole the products that I have received are excellent quality. A nice gift to pamper yourself or loved ones.
