Custom Coordinates Bracelet

The bracelets arrived in good time, and are nicely made. This is my third order of them, and they represent a special area of the world. However, the weaving is such that during normal daily activities, the plate always starts to face downward. I have re-done the clasp, tried to untangle the band, and nothing works. This is true for both bracelets that I ordered.

Best keepsake ever. My daughter loved it. We now have matching bracelets.
