Oak Stairs

The quality of the product was good but the quality control to ensure that all of the fastener parts are shipped is poor. Twice now (two separate orders) the plastic half-moon washers were not shipped with the transition pieces. It is difficult to align the rail and transition pieces for gluing without these pieces. I ended up using washers that made it difficult and time consuming to get a proper alignment. Very frustrating!
