growing up in Austria, I always enjoyed the spring arrival of the stinging nettles that usually grew along the wooden fences. Of course we had to wear gloves to handle them but as soon as they are cooked they taste a bit like spinach. We always made them with a cream sauce. Along with boiled new potatoes and fried eggs, yum! Anyway knowing the benefits of nettle I feel confident in taking your product.
