Customer Service and Niddy Noddy

Wow! My warping board arrived missing a piece. I emailed PF and they were on it, it was amazing. They contacted the company, kept me informed about the issue and I received that missing piece with no hassle. They were amazing. Thank You. And, the niddy noddy is great. The adjustment makes it easy for smaller skeins so that you really only need one niddy niddy. I’m happy I bought it.
