Bracelet Resize

Ordered my second bracelet from Aurum as I loved the first one. The size was a little smaller so Aurum sent me an email that went into junk. I didn’t check my junk mail ( my bad) and many weeks went by since my order. I followed up to see where my new bracelet was. They were holding my order because the new bracelet was a different size. I wanted it in a smaller size. I asked if they offer a resizing for my original bracelet and they did. Great! They emailed me a shipping label to send in my bracelet for resizing after I paid the fee. Great! They informed me my new bracelet would be sent back with my resized original bracelet. I received my resized bracelet but had to follow up about my new one. It is apparently in transit. A mixup in communication. I should have both bracelets after 5-6 weeks from my order.

Resize turned out great. Aurum Bros were super helpful.
