The product itself is absolutely fantastic. However, the customer service and shipping are a nightmare. The company forgot to send an invoice to customs in the United States so customs held it for almost a week and a half then when trying to get information from customer service was delayed obviously because of the hour and time difference but in no way whatsoever did the company offer any discounts or or any renumeration for the time and stress that this order caused, I’ve ordered many items from them and never ran into this issue before you guys need to do better
