Good. Came when you promised. Good customer service

I like it, but ….

Overall the product is good. My two complaints are the same for the new one as I had for the Luggie purchased in 2013. For security’s sake I wish there was a key needed to start the Luggie. And secondly, if you hit a bump in the sidewalk or road, the battery can come loose. It doesn’t happen with every bump, but I just wish there was a way to hold it more securely
