Excellent video!

I started looking at some judo videos to add to my BJJ. This video is excellent, great instruction, and has worked well for me so far (I won’t be winning any judo comps any time soon but it’s given me some new tools).

My Favorite Judo Fanatics Video

I have several Judo Fanatics videos and this is my favorite. It has techniques you can really use. I have been practicing the Sit Out Choke and the British Strangle and this video is a big help. Also, one of my favorites, the Sode to O Soto technique was recently used by a U.S. player in an IJF high level event.
