EYESHADOW PRIMER

A great eyeshadow primer

This primer goes on easily. My eyeshadow lasts all day. I swipe one eyelid with one side of the applicator and the other eyelid with the other side. Then I use my ring finger to blend it slightly. After applying my Palladio eyeshadow quads and eyeliner, I finish with Palladio's 4Ever+Ever Makeup Setting Spray Dewy Finish.

Seems to help shadow staying power fairly well
