Oven Roasted Whole Turkey

I recently purchased a whole precooked turkey. I have been a customer for a number of years now. I spent over $100 and prepared it over the weekend for dinner. I was wholly disappointed and have frequently extoled the virtues in years past regarding the wonderful quality of your turkeys which have enhanced my Thanksgiving table. As always, I heated the turkey and prepared it, per your recommendations. It turned out dry, tasted as if frozen for quite some time and I ended up disposing it immediately. I don't know if the frozen turkey dates back before Thanksgiving, because it was an exception to the tasty, moist and quality turkeys that I am used to from the past. The purpose of this feedback is to convey my recent experience and disappointment, so that others might be spared a similar fate.

Delicious and saves time!

Delicious! Last year we purchased the brined and seasoned turkey for Christmas and wanted the same this year. Unfortunately they were sold out so I took a chance on this pre-roasted turkey. It was just as good once I followed the directions for the seasoning paste and rubbed it on the bird. My only criticism is no drippings for gravy.
