Bone-In Turkey Breast

The 5 lb bone-in turkey breast was delicious. Seeing all the fibrous membrane on the carcass shows me that these turkeys are being fully developed without using antibiotics and growth hormones because normally bought turkeys don't have this connective tissue! They are grown fully in half the time and never get the chance to develop this tissue, which led to more meat being on the bone as well. I will never eat a store- bought turkey again. If my nephew doesn't sell out of his full turkeys up in oregon, I'll be coming here to buy one for thanksgiving.
