Absolutely beautiful!!! The color is vibrant & looks so nice on my baby’s white fur. She is a Bichon Frisée & the Small Dog 12-16 fits her neck. Years ago I began purchasing collars for my cat. I began purchasing them for my Bichon puppy & so happy she can also wear Made by Cleo collars. Not sure if the pictures do this beautiful collar justice but here they are:-)
